Paul has been called to the Bar in both Italy (Rome) and England.
He has assisted numerous Italian and foreign clients in defending, managing and enhancing their Intellectual Property Rights, including drafting and filing patent and trademark applications at Italian, European and International level and conducting IP Litigation before national courts and European bodies.
He is registered in the European Patent Office’s List of Legal Practitioners and in the European Union Intellectual Property Office’s List of Professional Representatives.
Paul focuses on IP-related agreements, such as the assignment and licensing of intellectual property rights, as well as confidentiality and know-how agreements.
Paul was the World Farmers’ Organisation’s General Counsel from 2012 to 2017, providing legal advice and assistance, among other things, on governance and compliance obligations, as well as handling all contractual matters.
Paul has authored several articles on IP-related matters.
He is currently enrolled at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich in the LL.M. Programme on the Basics of German Law (Aufbaustudium in den Grundzügen des Deutschen Rechts).
